Around 150km of multi-sport off the beaten track racing or 200km of adventure racing will be the options to look at in this year’s Merrell Eden Duo. All the big names of adventure racing are already in training mode for this year’s MED.

It’s 8 weeks to race day, to expose yourselves to perhaps one of the best 24 hour multi-sport endurance experiences the country can offer! The MED 2010 caters for the triathletes and the adventure racers who love the Southern Cape. Our website www.24-7adventure.com will give you details on the categories, equipment list and the route.

Make sure to find a partner for the event ASAP as entries close by the end of September 2010. Late entries can’t be spoilt with all the extras that will fill your goodie bags on race day.
