Talk evening for this year's Southern Storm

Hear what you need to do to have a successful Southern Storm at a Johannesburg Q&A session this Tuesday 3 August.

The following as told by Stu Hoy:

"I have a lot of magical memories from Southern Storm '09.  Not only were we part of the first people to ever run The Otter Trail, the adventure of having to run a five day hike in one day as the first day changes you. The friends I made en route inspire you and connect you, but more particularly there was a quote from one of the participants, Dominic who said - ‘running The Otter Trail marathon on day one of the Southern Storm, was like Maximus being stabbed before going in to fight the emperor in the Colesseum!' - Too true!"

Stuart Hoy, from Lifestruck, entered the Southern Storm presented by Hi-Tec in 2009 and finished - taking a bit of strain, but loving it! 

In preparation of Southern Storm and The Otter Trail Marathon in 2010, (60 days and counting) LIFESTRUCK is hosting a screening of last year's Southern Storm next week Tuesday (3rd August 2010) together with a Q&A session from last years participants on what to expect this coming year. What worked? Where to stay? What to say, ... What not to say! What didn't work at all! And why this is possibly the best event you can ever have on your calendar!"
