Texas Peak announces change of ownership in 2011

Statement from Texas Peak, distributors of GU, Helly Hansen and Brooks in South Africa:

"In 2011 we are excited to announce that there will be a change in the ownership structure of Texas Peak and the current South African management and shareholders will acquire 100% ownership of the company from its current Australia shareholders.
