Spur Adventure Sprint Series kicks off

The Spur Adventure Sprint series kicked off at Oaklane Cottages on Sunday, 16 January. Perfect weather on the last day of school holidays saw large crowds of people turning out to enjoy a day of family fun and adventure, with the Spur Bush Kid event proving enormously popular.

The Adventure Sprint comprises a mountain biking leg, water crossing with ropes and tubes and trail running.

A total of 180 teams took part and, including the Spur Bush Kid Trail, there were over 500 participants in the various events.

The Spur Adventure Challenge #2 will be held on 13 February at Oak Valley Estate.
