Venue change for Roodeplaat leg of National Duathlon Series 2011
The fourth event in the 2011 Momentum Health i-Flex National Duathlon Series has moved to Kameelfontein Primary School on the old Aventura resort side of Roodeplaat Dam. Renovations to the entrance of Roodeplaat dam mean that access is compromised and so this national-leading multisport event on Sunday 12 June 2011 has moved to the opposite side of Roodeplaat Dam.
The Kameelfontein event is the second road event of three in the Series of six races. Refer to the Series dates in the footer for the remaining two fixtures. The 12 June event offers a 5km run / 40km cycle / 2.5km run format, as well as shorter distances for children. The 40km bike is a two-lap out and back course.
